CMC’s Nursing Director elected as Officer at ANSAP Convention

Capitol Med’s Director for Nursing Norielee S. Magsingit, EdD, MAN, RN, FPSQua, was elected as one of the Board Members during the 52nd Association of Nursing Services Administrators of the Philippines, Inc. (ANSAP) meeting held at the Manila Hotel on March 15, 2019. The theme for 2019 is, “Value-Based Healthcare: Turning Uncertainty to Opportunity.”

The gathering discussed the major roles played by nurses in keeping the industry at the pink of health and provided a platform to discuss how the organization could prepare for the challenges and opportunities embedded in the implementation of the Universal Healthcare Law being pushed by the government. It further emphasized the need of today’s nurses to be more proactive in taking leadership roles to positively impact their respective workplaces through innovation and improvement. ▪
