Our Core Values

Right care. Right here. CMC doctors, professionals, and our entire community are driven by both Core Values and unique Care Values. These values emerge from a deep understanding of the care that patients need, a combination of technology, technical know-how, and an environment of compassion and genuine care

For every patient we strive for a healing experience like no other. This encompasses observing and practicing genuine concern, sensitivity and attentiveness, understanding the patient’s background, full moral support, and compassion.
We consistently employ current knowledge and theory while understanding personal limits, integrate judgment and the customer’s perspective, embrace advancement and challenges, and work toward acquiring new knowledge.   We adhere to excellence through great work performance, first-rate competence and professionalism, advanced medical knowledge and technology, active integrative and collaborative practices, determination and resolve to excel, continuous improvement, and maintaining a high level of patient care.
We get things done through the collective and coordinate efforts of the CMC staff with diverse talents, backgrounds, ideas, and experiences that offer solutions and benefits to customers. We observe teamwork through searching and nurturing untapped talent, valuing their contributions, building new leaders, open communication, recognition and encouragement, and a “Together we stand” mindset.
The patient comes first and is our utmost consideration in everything we do. We respect patients and their families, identify and exceed patient expectations, serve their unique needs, prioritize their safety and wellness, and provide them with the best service without compromising their individual needs and circumstances
We strictly adhere to high ethical and professional principles, truthfulness, and fairness. We manifest integrity through abiding by rules, regulations, and applicable laws, as well as our ideals, company mission, and core values. We also recognize our limitations and the limits of expertise, making referrals appropriately.   We practice values and professional ethical standards, truth and honesty in action, and high standards of behavior in our conduct of hospital business.
