Capitol Medical Center, Incorporated (CMCI) paves its way to a more prosperous years ahead. CMCI President Ms. Victoria Lorelie M. Tan spearheads a Growth Roadmap for the year 2024- 2027 guiding CMCI fellow leaders to adhere in the path of a flourishing years for the institution.

As CMCI leaders convened last November 14, 2023 at the Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA, the 4^th quarter of the 2023 will be spent on planning concrete programs objectively.  

The meeting opened with the presentation of a thorough analysis about internal and external aspects of CMCI this year. Looking at a workable perspective on the online reviews and business development. 

The event was made interactive. Doctors took part in the first activity where they presented their plans and projects based on groups. Cultivating more functional ideas, participants were asked to present in the latter part of the activity on how to contribute to the improvement of CMCI’s Medical Services. 

Before the event adjourns, participants ended with the groups’ battle cry — “A promise for continuous improvement this 2024” engulfed with a commitment of giving the Right Care, Right Here, at Capitol Medical Center.
